Kyriad Beaune - Beaune (Cote d'Or)

Clean and modern facilities enhanced my stay experience.

I was disappointed with the room size. It lacked adequate space and ventilation. The service at the bar was painfully slow, causing us to wait long periods without attention.

The breakfast was plentiful and adequate with oranges and fresh orange juice, as for instance and served by the very welcoming staff. The bed was extremely comfy, I appreciated spotless and airy room. Location: the hotel was near autoroute as well as the property's restaurant.

We have stayed on numerous occasions in the past and have always been very satisfied with all aspects of staff and service etc

Great for a short stay with comfortable beds ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were helpful and the hotel is conveniently located near local attractions. Bathroom space might feel cramped for some and the breakfast could use some improvement in quality.

A very good set meal with choices for all three courses. Staff able to speak english at reception and also restaurant.

I think that in the stair, the color and painting should be made new.

The hotel staff were accommodating and their patience was evident, making our stay more fun.

I did find the bar service lacking, as there were long waits before anyone attended to me.

easy to find, car parking, good place to visit the aera ( Cote d'or) .A little bit far from the historical center, need to go by car.

The breakfast spread was surprisingly generous, with local pastries that were a nice treat to kick off the day. The beds were comfy, awesome for a good night's rest after a long day of travel.

The hotel is situated in a commercial district, which limits local attractions and has a somewhat sterile vibe. Some rooms felt cramped, and the bathroom layout can be a hassle, especially with high thresholds making shower access tricky for anyone needing a little extra space. There were moments when noise from nearby trucks seeped in, disrupting the serene atmosphere one would hope for in a getaway. Lastly, I encountered issues checking in and out, as the 24/7 reception access didn't seem to hold up, leading to a bit of frustration.

The food was excellent and very good value for money, especially the breakfast, which was brilliant!

It's a pity there isn't a lift - we had to drag heavy suitcases up two flights of steps in the evening and down again in the morning.

very comfortable ,clean and unusual for the continent tea/coffee making facalities in room which was a nice touch.

thought the buffet breakfast overpriced.

Comfortable beds, friendly staff, and convenient location made our overnight stay enjoyable, with easy access to the highway and a good breakfast selection that included delicious pastries.

Room and drinks in the bar very expensive for a 2 * hotel. Untrained staff who did not understand their drinks listed on the bar menu. Limited selection on restaurant menu.

The best thing about this hotel, was checking out, knowing the experience was over!

Rude receptionist, first room we were shown was dirty, mould on bathroom ceiling. Then offered room on 1st floor, which receptionist then allocated to someone else, part way through dealing with us. Finally given room on 2nd floor, which was cramped, stained carpets, dusty, carpets full of dirt and hair, bathroom mouldy, dirty tiles, bath and sink. Room heating / aircon unit broken, curtains hanging off rail. Room over looked lorry park, so kept awake most the night, with sound of lorries coming and going, and sound of trains. Stairways and halls battered and scruffy. Sleeping on a park bench, would be better than staying at this filthy, noisy hotel.
